WDD Software Announces the Retirement of Founder Alan Wlasuk

WDD Software announced today that company founder Alan Wlasuk will retire, effective July 31.  Wlasuk, who founded WDD Software in 1993 with former Bell Labs employees Reed Delporte and John Davis has been involved in developing innovative software solutions for many of Indianapolis’ most recognizable brands including Mikes Carwash, IU School of Medicine and Stanley Security Solutions since the company’s inception.

In announcing Wlasuk’s retirement, WDD president Jason Bourg said “we are very excited for Alan and humbled by the work he has done over the past twenty years.”  “We thank Alan for all of his contributions and are excited about the opportunity to build upon the foundation he so carefully made since launching the company,” he added.

Wlasuk, an avid cycler plans to take on some new courses, further his passion for photography and increase his volunteerism with the Hamilton County Human Society.
